The friendly and welcoming staff greeted us with smiles, and overall, the room was incredibly comfortable, complete with a bidet.

View looking over garden was the reason we booked apartment. A refrigerator and kitchenware were provided. The pool area was very clean and the location was particularly good, adjacent to the seaside, Follonica, and the restaurant.

This place has a lovely setting close to the highway and offers a nice selection of breakfast items.

good villas, good sports facilities, especially for families with children.

A bit difficult to locate - you will need to use GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude) to get there since it is not located on a named street (and it outside the city and off the highway).

This place definitely deserves a solid 4 stars. the room was quite nice and came with a shower and a bidet, which was a nice touch. They served up some great meals with a variety of options to choose from. 🍽️.

Excellent location, beautiful, green area. Lots of spaces for activities, spacous bedroom, equipped kitchen. You can even park your car inside your own fence. The food is nice and is on a great price. Pet friendly with fenced area for dogs.

Plenty of pace in and outside

Only 4 good beds, other where very poor and to short. The house was pretty moise inside not dry and not 100% clean. Bad light inside and not nice vernature

I booked this place because of its beautiful location near a restaurant, taxi service, and the seaside, and the staff here were friendly and helpful.

Everithing perfect. Necessary GPS to arrive. Very beatiful place. Delicius pizzas.

In overall we liked it here. The apartment was quite large and we felt very comfortably in it. The equipment was basic, but comforting us on good standard. The connections to other cities and beachech were quite ok. In general we liked the holiday quite much.

It is just nearby the highway. You can not walk from here to anywhere and always need to use the car. (But we were expecting this, so no bad surprice). But ... it is "in the middle of nowhere". Resort built in the middle of fields accompanied by the highway. (But the noise from the highway was not really heared at all, I was surpriced by that.)

The rooms here are comfortable and have gates, the location is just a short walk away from Tuscany, the restaurant, and the beach, all for a cost of £45.

These are very nice appartments. A lot of animation for little children. Also it has a very good location (close to the beaches of follonica). I would certainly recommend this.
